Friendly staff and fresh buffet breakfast. Short walk to main street and Ginza subway. Competent service and assistance with concerns. Convenient shuttle to Hanada airport. This hotel had the best location, being centrally situated in a bustling metropolis. It was conveniently close to two Metro stations and provided easy access to Narita airport. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with directions and even providing umbrellas when needed. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including delicious pho soup and made-to-order eggs.

We had a great stay at this hotel during our city break. The location was fantastic, with several subway stations and the main shopping area just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and cute, and we were kinda surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The room wasnice and neat, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping it tidy throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast with a good variety of options to start our day. it was a convenient and pleasant experience.
